Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our CRM platform, website, and related services ("Service").
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Maintaining account security
All activity under your account
Providing accurate and current information
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
Send spam or violate CASL
Upload unlawful or harmful content
Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the system
CRM Data Usage
You retain ownership of your data.
You grant us a limited right to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
Subscription & Payments
Some features require paid subscriptions.
Fees are billed monthly unless stated otherwise
Setup and activation fees may apply
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
We may suspend accounts for non-payment.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial (e.g., 15 days).
After the trial ends, your subscription may automatically begin unless cancelled.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
You may cancel your account at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Service is provided "as is"
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 3 months
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance.
